Raspberry Pi Zero 2 w fails to boot

Viewed 5 times
New today. Tries NOOB sdcard from you and tried an image from Raspberry Pi UK.
Both failed to boot the machine. Seems to endlessly cycle to the monitor which gains then loses signal. Am I missing something?
Have used successfully P400 and P4 in recent months.

Board works fine. Found that HDMI adaptor and USB otg adaptor supplied with the pi zero are both faulty and do not pass signal.
Both items plugs have slightly different dimensions from plugs that work..
Have informed seller. Suggest they should test before sending. Waiting for resolution.
